We just wanted to give you a heads up into what to expect this weekend!
Please note: The order of activites and rooms chosen are allocated to suit numerous bookings throughout the day and as a result cannot be changed by the customer! We do our best to accomodate activity/room requetsts, but the order of activities may have to be changed to accomodate for various bookings!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can we use the playground?
Yes the playground is included for ALL parties! You can even arrive earlier / stay later, all the kids in the party receive UNLIMITED access!
Can I bring snacks?
Yes, we allow you to bring in extra snacks to the party, we just ask that your food does not contain nuts and does not clash with anything we offer on ouro menu! :)
Do I need to bring plates?
No, we provide food plates, cake plates, napkins, cake spoons, matches and a cake knife! If you haven't ordered an ice cream cake through us, all you need to bring is cake and candles!
Can I bring decorations?
Certainly! We recommend bringing a table cloth for the trestle tables - Balloons, and other decorations are an added bonus. All party rooms include a minimum of 2 x trestle tables and colourful chairs!
Do you cut the cake?
Sadly, we do not. Trust me, you don't want us too. With the amount of extravagant cakes we get these days, we haven't trained our staff across this. We will provide everything you need to designate this prestigious task to the best cake cutter at your party (Looking at you Aunties, Godmothers or Grandmas!)
Do you host the whole party?
All activities are hosted, meaning when we run an activity a host will be with your party for the whole 45 minutes! When you are directed to your party room, our staff will bring down the hot food, and regularly top up drinks, clear the table and be there to support your party! Whilst we don't provide a host per room, we have a designated concierge floating between kitchen and the party room area on weekends, who will stay on top of everything! But if you need anything, we have friendly staff at the counter :)
When do I pay?
Payments can be made on the day of your party when you arrive or at the conclusion of your party. We always confirm the number of kids on the day so we don't overcharge you if somebody is a last minute no-show! We do, however, hold a credit card as a reminder to pay for the party (if you choose to pay at the end!)
SLIDES ONLY PARTIES
Upon arrival: When you walk through the first thing you’ll notice is the front desk! We will greet you at the front and ask for a credit card or license to hold for coffee tabs and / or as a reminder for party payments (which can be made at the end of your party!)
Your Party Room: Upon arrival our friendly staff at the front counter will walk you to your allocated room!
Party Start Time: Your guests are welcome to use the slides playground as soon as you arrive!
Expected Food Time: We typically bring out your food 30 minutes after your start time! For an 11am party (as an example), your party food will be brought to your room at 11:30am.
Cake Time: The cake time is up to you! We will have staff roaming around the party area to check in, but if you have a specified time you would like to have your cake, please let us know and we will bring down matches, cake plates, spoons and a cake knife! (P.S We don’t cut the cake!)
End Time: 2 hours after your start time, your party room has come to an end! Please note, this end time only applies to the party room. Your guests are more than welcome to relocate to the cafe area, remembering your kids get UNLIMITED use of the slides all day!
EXAMPLE PARTY STRUCTURE (IF ACTIVITY IS FIRST HALF) (11AM-1PM)
Party Start Time: 11am
Food Time: 11:30am
Cake Time: 12:45pm (Recommended Time*)
End Time: 1pm
HOSTED COMBO PARTIES
Upon arrival: When you walk through the first thing you’ll notice is the front desk! We will greet you at the front and ask for a credit card or license to hold for coffee tabs and / or as a reminder for party payments (which can be made at the end of your party!)
Your Party Room: Upon arrival our friendly staff at the front counter will walk you to your allocated room!
Party Start Time: More often than not, your activity will be the first half of your party, but sometimes (based on other bookings / party times) we may host your activity the second half! Activities run for 45 minutes. If your party is 11am (as an example), your activity will be from 11-11:45am. Please note: There may be a delayed start time depending on when the kids arrive, but don’t worry, your activity will still go for 45 minutes. 15 minutes past the hour is the latest we can wait, and then we must take them to the courts! :)
Expected Food Time: We typically bring out your food directly after the activity ends!
Slides Time: For parties that are doing their hosted activity first, your slides time will be the second hour of your party! For parties that are doing their hosted activity the second half, your slides time will be the first hour of your party!
Cake Time: The cake time is up to you! We will have staff roaming around the party area to check in, but if you have a specified time you would like to have your cake, please let us know and we will bring down matches, cake plates, spoons and a cake knife! (P.S We don’t cut the cake!). Typically, for hosted combos, the cake is the last 15 minutes before the end time!
End Time: 2 hours after your start time, your party room has come to an end! Please note, this end time only applies to the party room. Your guests are more than welcome to relocate to the cafe area, remembering your kids get UNLIMITED use of the slides all day!

Food Time: 2.45pm-3pm
Slides Free Play: 3-4pm
Cake Time: 3.45-4pm (Recommended Time*)
End Time: 4pm

Slides Free Play: 2pm-3pm
Food Time: Anywhere from 2.30-2.45pm
Activity Time: 3-3.45pm
Cake Time: 3.45-4pm
End Time: 4pm
DOUBLE HOSTED COMBO PARTIES
Upon arrival: When you walk through the first thing you’ll notice is the front desk! We will greet you at the front and ask for a credit card or license to hold for coffee tabs and / or as a reminder for party payments (which can be made at the end of your party!)
Your Party Room: Upon arrival our friendly staff at the front counter will walk you to your allocated room!
Party Start Time: As you have two activities, we need to start your activity right away! :) Activities run for 45 minutes. If your party is 11am (as an example), your activity will be from 11-11:45am. Please note: There may be a delayed start time depending on when the kids arrive, but don’t worry, your activity will still go for 45 minutes. 15 minutes past the hour is the latest we can wait, and then we must take them to the courts! :)
Expected Food Time: We bring out your food directly after the first activity ends!
Second Activity: Your second activity will start after the kids have finished eating! If parties start on time, this is typically the start of the second hour!
Cake Time: Cake plates, spoons, matches and a cake knife will be brought down to your room 15 minutes prior to the party ending! :)
End Time: 2 hours after your start time, your party room has come to an end! Please note, this end time only applies to the party room. Your guests are more than welcome to relocate to the cafe area, remembering your kids get UNLIMITED use of the slides all day!
